Notes
I am currently a visiting lecturer at the University of California Center in Washington, DC (UCDC), where I am teaching "Food and Agriculture in Modern World History."
My teaching experience includes creating and teaching the seminar "Nuns confront the Reformation and Counter-Reformation" (2007), and four summers as the Teaching Fellow for the UCLA History Department's Summer Session program in Paris with Professor Teo Ruiz.
