The Familiar and the Exotic: the promotion and consumption of colonial foods in interwar Paris.

Notes

Teaching experience includes creating and teaching the seminar "Nuns confront the Reformation and Counter-Reformation" (2007), and three summers as the Teaching Fellow for the UCLA History Department's Summer Session program in Paris with Professor Teo Ruiz.
